Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business/ Marketing/Digital Marketing or other relevant disciplines.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in e-commerce marketplace, ideally in digital marketing / campaigns planning/ category management or related fields.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Good analytics skills and sensitive to market trends and changes in e‑tailing environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, plan, strategize, implement, and manage of social media digital marketing and advertising campaigns, promotion including Facebook and Instagram ads across multiple channels to increase sales and customer retention in company’s e‑commerce website.
- Manage campaigns expediently to optimise performance; review and conduct post‑mortem analysis.
- Monitor performance in SEO, Google Analytics, social media and campaigns daily; compile from organic to paid results and relevant metrics.
- Liaise and work with cross‑functional teams to execute online campaigns and events.
- Pitch, acquire and manage Merchants and brands.
- Work with Merchants on campaigns and participate in events activities.
- Constantly carry out market intelligence search; benchmark, analyse and survey pricing, demands and competition in e‑environment.
- Involve in business unit’s duty and manage orders portal, Social Media, Q&A such as shoppers’ orders, merchants related issues; provide solutions and communicate to shoppers, internal and external teams.
- Maintain and administrate website, develop new future plans where needed.
- Any other tasks assigned by Head of Business Unit.
