A leading financial institution in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a candidate to develop sales and services for Personal Financing. Responsibilities include achieving individual monthly and yearly disbursement targets and ensuring compliance with KYC processes. The ideal candidate should have experience in sales within the banking sector and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

Experience in sales and services related to Personal Financing.
Ability to meet sales targets and submit applications efficiently.
Familiarity with KYC processes and AMLA compliance.

Responsibilities

Develop sales and services related to Personal Financing.
Maintain consistent results for Personal Financing contributions.
Promote Personal Financing in mass market segment.

Job Purpose

Responsible to develop sales and services related to Personal Financing.
To maintain consistent results for total bank wide Personal Financing contributions inclusive new sales contributions to respective teams achievement.
To perform KYC and comply with AMLA for Personal Financing applications with customers.
To promote ARBM Personal Financing in mass market segment.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Team Leaders on sales related issue.
To achieve personal individual target of disbursement monthly and yearly inclusive of submissions tracking.
To play an important role to meet team disbursement and submissions target.
Work closely with Sales Support Unit on administrative and applications process flow.
To maintain and improve submissions volume on Personal or Home Financing applications based on individual performances.
To achieve individual monthly and yearly target disbursement.
To increase New To Bank customers based through Personal or Home Financing new accounts.
To ensure all KYC process takes place with all customers for Personal or Home Financing applications before submissions.
