Job Title: Direct Corporate Executive (Sales Marketing)

Job Description: Responsible for growing and managing the business portfolio within authorized limits and guidelines. Provide consistent professional service to customers and business partners while developing business opportunities, networking, and building influence in the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Assistant Manager/Manager/HOD/VP in achieving the Business Unit’s plans and targets.
• Drive profitable growth within the assigned business portfolio to meet BU goals.
• Ensure full compliance with company policies, regulatory laws, and credit control requirements.
• Maintain the company’s integrity, image, and leadership position in the region.
• Build and strengthen business relationships with intermediaries and customers to secure the company’s preferred status.
• Conduct risk surveys according to guidelines.
• Recruit new agents and actively promote the use of Genlink and Genlink Cargo.
• Guide and coach subordinates to help achieve departmental goals.
• Perform other tasks or projects assigned by senior management.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder, preferably in Insurance, Business Studies, or related fields.
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience, preferably in operations or branch-level roles.
