Purpose of the Role:
  • Manage digital applications and provide support to internal and external users, covering training, setup, workflow, and troubleshooting for MY market.
  • Participate actively in new projects, including data collection, defining the scope of work, and UAT execution.
What You’ll Do :
  • Digital Application Management. Oversee the operation of digital applications used by internal and external users to ensure smooth system functionality and coordinate troubleshooting with relevant stakeholders.
  • User Support and Training. Conduct user onboarding, training sessions and respond to user enquiries to resolve process related issues in timely manner. Develop and maintain user guides or training materials.
  • Project Involvement and Implementation. Actively participate in new digital projects assigned, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Prepare reports on application usage, issues and performance metrics.
  • Stay updated with emerging digital trends and technologies relevant to the organization.
