  • Support the Group Marketing and Local marketing function within every area of Digital Marketing Communication activities in shopping mall business.
  • The Social Media Executive will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and promote our brand. This role involves creating content, managing social media accounts, and analyzing performance metrics to drive growth and engagement.
Job Responsibilities
1. Content Creation
  • Develop and curate engaging, creative and innovative content for regularly scheduled posts on various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.).
  • Create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance posts with compelling copywriting.
  • Collaborate with the creative and local marketing team to ensure brand consistency.
2. Social Media Management
  • Manage and monitor daily social media activities and interactions.
  • Schedule posts and manage content calendars.
  • Respond to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Assist in developing social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices.
4. Analytics and Reporting
  • Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, or Hootsuite.
  • Prepare regular reports to assess the effectiveness of social media campaigns.
5. Community Engagement
  • Build and engage with online communities and audiences.
  • Identify influencers and potential brand ambassadors to collaborate with.
6. Campaign Support
  • Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, promotions, and contests.
  • Work with the marketing team to ensure social media initiatives align with broader marketing strategies.
  • Work with tenants and brands for tactical campaigns.
Education & Professional Qualification
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field required.
  • Any professional course attended that are related to this position.
