Job Description
Manage KOL and Publisher Relationships:
- Build and maintain relationships with KOLs, influencers, content creators, publishers, and agencies.
- Negotiate contracts and ensure smooth campaign execution.
Develop and Implement KOL/Publisher Strategies:
- Create and execute strategies aligned with brand goals.
- Provide clear briefs and direction for content development.
- Oversee content creation and execution.
Campaign Management and Performance Analysis:
- Coordinate campaign development and execution with agencies.
- Monitor and track campaign performance (ROI, engagement, reach).
- Analyze data to optimize campaigns and provide performance reports.
Agency Collaboration and Oversight:
- Manage and support external agencies specializing in KOL and publisher partnerships.
- Review and approve campaign proposals and content.
Strategic Integration and Reporting:
- Integrate KOL and publisher strategies into broader marketing campaigns.
- Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to management.
- Stay up to date on industry trends.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Past experience in influencer marketing, KOL management, or publisher will be an added value.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, social media trends, and content creation processes.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
