As a Executive, Digital Content & Process Management, you are responsible to ensure smooth configuration, publishing, and operational excellence across Singtel’s consumer digital platforms – including Singtel.com, My Singtel App, GOMO, Hi App, and key enablers such as Payments, Identity and Notifications.
Make an Impact by:
- Configure and update digital content, campaigns, and offers using Content Management Systems (CMS) across Singtel digital platforms
- Execute time-critical web and app content changes (e.g., banners, product cards, buyflow journeys) according to business and marketing schedules
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and compliance with brand, UX, and regulatory standards across all configurations
- Perform quality checks (sanity testing) on configurations before and after deployment to ensure error‑free customer experience
- Document configuration steps and maintain versioning/records for audit and traceability
- Operations Support & Incident Handling
- Provide operational support for live configurations, including timely execution of urgent change requests
- Assist in triaging and resolving content/configuration-related incidents in collaboration with Singapore onshore teams, Production Support, and IT
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, streamlining configuration processes and identifying automation opportunities
Skills for Success:
- Degree graduate in IT, Digital Media or Communications
- Minimum 2 years working experience in web configuration
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in digital/web operations are encouraged to appl
- Strong attention to detail with ability to execute tasks with precision and accurac
- Good understanding of digital content lifecycle, SEO principles, and publishing processes
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced 24/7 digital environment with cross-functional stakeholder
- Willingness to work occasional weekend morning or midnight shifts
