Job Summary

The Executive - Data & Analytics is responsible for transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive informed business decisions and optimize performance. Working within the Data Science and Business Intelligence department, this role involves extracting, cleaning, analyzing, and visualizing large datasets to identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities. The Executive will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, translate complex questions into data solutions, and present findings in a clear and compelling manner, ultimately contributing to data‑driven growth and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, clean, and transform data from various internal and external sources using SQL and other data manipulation tools. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness for analysis. Assist in maintaining data pipelines and data quality processes.
• Perform in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis of business data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies. Conduct root‑cause analysis for performance deviations and business challenges. Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and actionable business recommendations.
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using leading Business Intelligence (BI) tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense). Ensure reports are user‑friendly, visually appealing, and effectively communicate key insights to diverse audiences.
• Collaborate with business units (e.g., Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance) to understand their data needs and reporting requirements. Present analytical findings and recommendations clearly and persuasively to non‑technical business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analytics, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience in Business Intelligence development or data analysis.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Hands‑on experience with at least one major BI visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik Sense/View).
