Attend outbound & inbound calls in courteous manner and provide excellent services to meet customer’s expectations and handle complaints effectively with confidence.
To build customer retention rate by attending interested customers, interviewing customers and handling loan application submissions.
To attend administrative tasks on insurance products from interview to submission including request payment.
To perform telesales for all Insurance Product (Auto & Credit Life)
To handle insurance claim case from receiving offer letter from insurance company to payment paid to our company.
To promote TCAP EZ Connect app to non-app users and to increase the number of FPX transactions.
To perform relief functions assigned during the absence of any team member
Minimum Diploma/Degree in any field
Minimum 1 -2 year of working experience in Customer Service field
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, learn quickly, and work well in a team.
