Job description

Assist in the implementation of the company’s CRM strategy in alignment with overall goals and objectives.

Support in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns under the guidance of the manager/senior team.

Monitor campaign performance and provide reports/insights to improve customer loyalty and retention.

Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of CRM activities.

2. Data Management & Analysis

Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accuracy and integrity.

Implement and manage customer segmentation strategies to optimize campaign analysis and reporting.

3. Member Communication & Engagement

Assist in the execution of member communication initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and app push notifications.

Assist in drafting engaging content for CRM campaigns across multiple channels (email, in-app notifications, landing pages, SMS, etc.) to drive customer engagement.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of communication campaigns.

Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • Strong customer focus; action-oriented and organized with excellent time-management skills.
  • Database management experience and strong analytical and data management aptitude.
  • Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent) is an advantage.
