Compile sustainability data (EESG), ensuring data integrity at all times.

Maintain effective relationships with data providers and manage data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Organise, monitor and implement corporate & sustainability project

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect, monitor, and report the progress of all sustainability initiatives within the company

Collaborate with external stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and NGOs in CSR-themed events and community outreach programmes.

To support the development and the implementation of the ESG Framework and strategy

Other Ad-hoc Tasks.

Job Specifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years work experience with tactical understanding of environmental sustainability, marketing and corporate communications.
• Understanding of sustainability concepts, principles, and frameworks. Knowledge of relevant regulations, standards, and certifications.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to problem solve, proofread, adhere to deadlines and also possess a keen eye for details.
• A positive team player with high level of commitment and reliability with efficient multitasking abilities required for this fast paced work environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, quick learner, and plan for effective execution of responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; exposure to design or digital tools (e.g., Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics) is a plus.
• Eager to learn, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.

Willing to relocate/travel to Bukit Raja Klang
