Your key responsibilities
  • Employee Communications Champion internal initiatives that connect employees to our mission, values, and strategic goals.
  • Create & Manage Content Develop compelling stories and manage content for our internal communication platforms to deliver impactful collateral that informs and inspires.
  • Brand & Design Compliance Uphold B. Braun’s brand identity across all communication channels, ensuring consistency and quality.
  • CSR Activities Support on‑going CSR initiatives organised by the company.
  • Drive Operational Excellence Coordinate and manage department operational requirements including budgeting and procurement.
What you will bring to the team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field, with 1–3 years of experience in corporate communications or content management roles.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Malay, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital content tools, including digital signage platforms.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
