How You Will Create An Impact 📈
  • Prepare monthly analyses and reports, including gross margin, material consumption, inventory changes, sales and order updates, and logistics costs.
  • Responsible for monthly closings in the controlling module (SAP) and ensuring data quality in the system.
  • Review and approval of sales invoices and revaluation of standard costs for finished goods.
  • Creation and review of transfer postings for materials and returned finished goods (e.g., for repair purposes).
  • Monitoring manufacturing costs (COGS) in close coordination with purchasing to ensure data completeness and accuracy.
  • Product calculations and forecasts (e.g., 3-month inventory forecast) as required by management.
  • Maintenance and control of production order numbers in SAP, especially for rework and warranty work.
What Are We Looking For 🔎
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant working experience in controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of SAP (especially CO and MM modules) and experience with month-end closing processes
  • Solid understanding of product costing, standard costing, inventory valuation, and gross margin analysis
  • Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Power BI or similar is an advantage)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments (e.g. with Purchasing, Production, and Sales)
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken
