Job Overview
- To ensure warehouse operations comply with customer requirements, company standards, and regulatory guidelines
- Monitor and improve the quality of processes and outputs to achieve customer satisfaction
- Conduct investigations, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions for quality issues
- Support the warehouse team in maintaining accuracy, efficiency, and compliance in daily operationsProvide timely quality reports and updates to management and customers
- Act as the main contact point for all quality-related matters in the warehouse
- Accept any job responsibilities that may be assigned by the management from time to time
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs, work instructions, and customer-specific requirements
- Conduct regular checks, inspections, and audits on warehouse processes and documentation
- Investigate customer complaints, non-conformities, or errors, and drive corrective actions to closure
- Monitor inventory accuracy and ensure proper handling of rework, returns, or special projects
- Work closely with operations to strengthen process controls and prevent recurring issues
- Maintain proper records of quality reports, audits, and corrective actions
- Train and guide staff on quality awareness and correct procedures
- Provide weekly and monthly quality performance reports to management and customers
- Escalate major issues to management and propose improvement measures
- Support continuous improvement efforts in warehouse productivity, accuracy, and customer service
- Minimum Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
- At least 2 years of working experience in quality or warehouse operations, preferably in a 3PL or logistics environment
- Basic knowledge of quality management principles and warehouse operations
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with ability to work with different levels of people
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
