Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Administrators in their daily tasks.
  • Support and liaise closely with the operation and People & Organization (P&O) on all matters involving employees.
  • Provide HR related guidance, support and communication to in-house staff.
  • Engage regularly with employees to maintain good staff morale.
  • Plan and lead recruitment as well as oversee the onboarding requirements of new hires.
  • Monitor turnover levels, create reports and implement necessary measures to keep this under check.
  • Oversee staff attendance records, leave plans and medical leave records.
  • Track employee disciplinary records and coordinate the reporting process to stakeholders.
  • Compile and prepare reports as required.
  • Provide documentation for audits and monitor compliance.
  • Attend and participate in meetings with customers.
Qualifications
  • Degree/Diploma in HR Management, Business Administration or related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years leadership experience in HR or Admin.
  • Proficient with MS applications.
  • Good interpersonal and people management skills.
  • Meticulous with strong administration skills.
  • Diligent and able to work independently.
  • Right to work and live in Malaysia.
