This is a hands-on creative role for someone who lives and breathes content — and wants to help one of Asia’s most recognisable brands show up in fresh, culturally relevant ways.
As a Content Creator, you’ll be right at the heart of our biggest brand moments — from festive campaigns to major route launches, influencer activations, and beyond. You’ll turn ideas into scroll-stopping content that resonates with our audience, while working closely with a sharp team of social strategists, producers, and influencers.
Whether it’s a snappy Reel, a trending TikTok, or a behind-the-scenes clip from a live event — if it’s got storytelling power, you’ll help make it happen.
Responsibilities
- Creating social-first content for AirAsia’s owned channels (IG, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
- Filming, editing, and producing short‑form videos using your phone or camera — fast and with flair
- Jumping on trends quickly and turning them into brand‑relevant moments
- Working with influencers and creators on collaborative content pieces
- Covering live moments, events, and shoots — and turning them into real‑time content
- Collaborating with the Social & Influencer Manager and Production Lead to bring campaign ideas to life
- Supporting campaign rollouts with content that fits the brief, the brand, and the platform
- Capturing and editing BTS, day‑in‑the‑life, UGC‑style, and reactive content
- Reviewing performance insights to help refine and improve creative output
- Keeping our content libraries organised and assets labelled properly for reuse
Qualifications
- You have 1–3 years of experience creating content for brands, media, or yourself (show us your work!)
- You know your way around editing tools like CapCut, Meitu, VN, Adobe Rush, or even TikTok’s native editor
- You’re confident filming, editing, and producing your own content — fast turnaround is your thing
- You have a strong understanding of what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
- You’re creative, scrappy, and can tell a good story without a big production crew
- You’re on top of pop culture, trends, sounds, and internet humour
- You’re a team player who can take feedback, build on ideas, and keep energy high
- You’re organised, self‑motivated, and able to manage multiple projects at once
