About the opportunity

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are seeking persuasive Commercial (Telesales) Executives with exceptional selling, communication, and closing skills to engage potential and existing partners. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching, following up, and servicing partners at a high performance level.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

While leads are provided, your responsibilities include:

  1. Having the ability to sell confidently over the phone.
  2. Researching, reaching out to, and speaking with the right decision-makers.
  3. Being sales-minded and resourceful to meet KPIs.
  4. Ensuring accuracy in documentation, partner approval, and system processing.
  5. Achieving daily productivity targets for calls and sales.
  6. Keeping organized records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
  7. Handling objections effectively, persuading, creating urgency, and acting swiftly.
  8. Providing solutions in line with company offers as a second nature.
  9. Consistently meeting and exceeding KPI targets set by the company.
ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

Since this is a 100% telesales role, the incumbent must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools and speaking over extended periods. Effective communication in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Previous telesales experience is not mandatory but beneficial. Familiarity with online business tools such as Google applications is necessary; experience with Salesforce is a plus but not required. The candidate should be a strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, a team player, and eager to learn. Quick adaptability to operational changes is essential.
