foodpanda is seeking a persuasive Commercial Executive for a telesales role in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidate will engage partners via phone, meeting daily targets while ensuring effective communication and documentation. Ideal candidates should be skilled in sales, resilient, and able to adapt to changes in a dynamic environment.
ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES
We are looking for persuasive Commercial (Telesales) Executives with exceptional selling, communication, and closing skills to engage potential and existing partners. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching, following up, and servicing partners at a high performance level.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE
This is a 100% telesales role. The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools and spending extended periods on the phone.
Effective communication in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.
Previous telesales experience is not mandatory but is beneficial.
Familiarity with online business tools such as Google applications is necessary; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
Must be a proficient communicator with a consultative sales approach, a strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player willing to learn.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to operational changes is essential.
