About the opportunity

ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES

We are looking for persuasive Commercial (Telesales) Executives with exceptional selling, communication, and closing skills to engage potential and existing partners. The Commercial Executive will be responsible for calling, pitching, following up, and servicing partners at a high performance level.

WHAT YOU WILL OWN:

While leads are provided, your responsibilities include:

  1. Having the ability to sell confidently over the phone.
  2. Researching, reaching out to, and communicating with the right decision-makers in businesses.
  3. Being sales-minded and resourceful to meet KPIs.
  4. Ensuring accuracy in documentation, partner approval, and system processing.
  5. Achieving daily productivity targets in calls and sales.
  6. Keeping organized records of calls and sales, noting useful information.
  7. Handling objections effectively, persuading, creating urgency, and working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Providing solutions proactively, aligned with company offerings.
  9. Consistently meeting and exceeding KPI targets set by the company.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE

This is a 100% telesales role. The candidate must be comfortable making outbound calls via digital tools and spending extended periods on the phone.

Effective communication in English is required; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage.

Previous telesales experience is not mandatory but is beneficial.

Familiarity with online business tools such as Google applications is necessary; experience with Salesforce is a plus.

Must be a proficient communicator with a consultative sales approach, a strong relationship builder, target-oriented, resilient, and a team player willing to learn.

Ability to learn quickly and adapt to operational changes is essential.
