Executive, Claims

Prudential seeks an Executive, Claims to perform claims assessment and approval, ensuring team efficiency and compliance within Kuala Lumpur (Takaful).

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Perform claims assessment and approval on all claims based on authority limit for the whole team.
• Ensure all claims are assessed in accordance with SOP within TAT for claim process by team.
• Be accountable for team efficiency and effectiveness performance on TAT, productivities per level set.
• Work independently and deliver KPI within the agreed timeline.
• Execute daily tasks, clear assigned penders, and ensure the team performs within or exceeds target SLA.
• Attend product and technical trainings and collaborate with the team to acquire and improve job and technical knowledge.
• Comply with all regulatory (internal and external) and corporate requirements.
• Perform any other tasks given by company or department activities/directives.
