Job summary

GST MALAYSIA PTD seeks a professional driver to provide safe, timely transport for the HOC’s meetings and official engagements in Kuala Lumpur.

Maintain the assigned vehicle, perform daily checks, and ensure readiness for immediate use. You will be required to be punctual, discreet, and adaptable to early mornings, late evenings, or weekend duties as needed.

Priority is on confidentiality, safety, and professionalism while representing the company in all travel arrangements.

Qualifications

• Valid driving license with clean record.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience, preferably VIP/executive.
• Familiar with local routes and traffic conditions.
• Punctual, discreet and professional.
• Flexible working hours, including early mornings, late evenings, or weekends if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and timely transportation for the HOC to meetings, appointments, and official engagements.
• Ensure punctual arrival for all scheduled pick-ups and drop-offs.
• Be on standby during working hours or as instructed by the HOC.
• Maintain cleanliness and good condition of the assigned vehicle.
• Conduct daily basic checks (fuel, tires, oil, and general condition).
• Follow all traffic rules and company driving policies.
• Drive responsibly and ensure passenger safety at all times.
