Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in air cargo operations or airline capacity management preferred.
- Strong understanding of AWB processes and cargo handling procedures.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily flight operations for cargo capacity.
- Monitor and track all shipments to ensure on-time uplift.
- Liaise closely with airline partners and freight forwarders.
- Manage and update shipment records and flight capacity reports.
- Support in preparing performance reports.
- Escalate operational irregularities and collaborate with teams.
- Ensure compliance with airline and customs regulations.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily flight operations for Turkish Airlines cargo capacity, including space allocation, load planning, and booking confirmations.
- Monitor and track all shipments to ensure on-time uplift, resolving any discrepancies related to offloads, delays, or documentation issues.
- Liaise closely with airline partners, ground handling agents, and freight forwarders to ensure accurate and timely communication of flight and cargo status.
- Manage and update shipment records, AWB data, and flight capacity utilization reports.
- Support in preparing performance reports, including OTP (On-Time Performance), load factor, and capacity usage summaries.
- Escalate operational irregularities and collaborate with the sales or planning team to ensure customer commitments are met.
- Ensure compliance with airline, customs, and safety regulations at all times.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Aviation Management, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in air cargo operations or airline capacity management preferred.
- Strong understanding of AWB processes, cargo handling procedures, and airline coordination.
- Good communication and coordination skills with ability to work under pressure.
- Familiarity with cargo management systems is an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
