Executive – Branch Operations, Kota Kinabalu Branch
This position is primarily responsible for delivering positive customer experience through efficient operations and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the service level of branch meets its basic standard in terms of productivity and service excellence.
- Provide support and help solve operational requests, issues and queries by policyholders and sales intermediary.
- Perform day-to-day general administrative functions such as handling incoming and outgoing mails, recording, filing, scanning, courier, office upkeep, etc.
- Provide administrative assistance and support to Branch Regional Head/Business Development Manager/Regional Director.
- Assist to prepare monthly/quarterly branch reports for reporting purpose, and further escalation, if any, in relation to Compliance & Risk Management (i.e. Petty Cash Reimbursement, Branch KPIs, Enquiry/Document Submission).
- Act as AML/CFT Branch Officer and raise manual STR via AIMS or report to Compliance any customers / transactions (attempted or successful) that are unusual, suspicious or doubtful.
- Assist to prepare and send utility bills / invoices / statements to Finance Department for payment issuance on miscellaneous payments.
- Provide proper guidance/assistant to customers/agents on online payment/customer portal/agency portal in line with company direction which is to go digital.
Requirements:
- Tertiary education in any field.
- Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
- Experience in Customer Service/Life Insurance will be an advantage.
