About Us

Kreloses is a clinic management system operating across Southeast Asia. We are in a sustained growth phase, with established sales, support, and engineering teams already in place across the region. The company is now focused on improving execution across functions, planning market and country expansions, and ensuring that strategy is consistently translated into day to day operational progress.

The founder remains closely involved in decision making, and this role exists to support cross team coordination, project tracking, and operational oversight as the business continues to scale.

About the Role

This is a mid-level Executive Assistant role, designed for someone early-to-mid career who has already built a solid professional foundation and is ready to take on broader responsibility.

You will work directly with the founder to keep priorities, projects, and cross-team coordination moving forward. This is not a purely administrative position, nor is it a senior leadership role. It suits someone who is organized, commercially aware, and comfortable coordinating projects, people, and timelines, while still being hands-on with execution.

We are specifically looking for someone who studied overseas for at least one year and has since relocated back to Malaysia, bringing strong English communication skills and international exposure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the founder in managing priorities, schedules, and ongoing projects
  • Coordinate follow-ups and execution across internal teams in Malaysia and Indonesia
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-ups
  • Help structure and track projects related to sales team expansion and operational scaling
  • Prepare basic reports, summaries, and status updates as needed
  • Handle travel planning, meeting preparation, and logistics
  • Take ownership of defined projects and drive them through to completion
  • Involve in strategic decision making and company planning
  • Act as a reliable execution layer so decisions translate into action
Required Background & Profile
  • Studied overseas for at least 1 year and has returned to Malaysia
  • Strong English proficiency (spoken and written; daily working language)
  • Mid-level experience (not fresh graduate, not senior management)
  • Degree in Project Management, Business, Management, or a related field
  • Comfortable coordinating multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and able to follow through without heavy supervision
  • Clear communicator who can work confidently with founders, managers, and external parties
  • Tech-literate and comfortable using modern productivity and collaboration tools
