Job description
Be the Force Behind Strategic Focus and Precision

At BJAK, we are building Southeast Asia’s largest digital financial platform. As we scale rapidly across the region, we’re looking for a highly trusted Executive Assistant (EA) to the Chairman to support both strategic priorities and day‑to‑day operations.

This is a high‑impact, high‑trust role for someone who operates with exceptional discipline, confidentiality, and ownership. You’ll ensure the Chairman’s time, energy, and attention are focused on what matters most - by handling everything else with excellence.

Why This Role Matters
  • Drive alignment and follow‑through across key business initiatives
  • Safeguard the Chairman’s time and focus by managing priorities and information flow
  • Support strategic decision‑making through communication, insight, and structure
  • Ensure critical personal and professional matters are handled with discretion and urgency
What You’ll Do
  • Own and manage the Chairman’s complex calendar, meetings, and travel logistics.
  • Shadow internal meetings and take detailed, actionable notes to ensure strong execution.
  • Prepare memos, briefs, and communication for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate across teams to ensure follow‑up on action items and priorities.
  • Serve as a filter and gatekeeper for communications and inbound requests.
  • Track project progress and provide regular updates to the Chairman on key initiatives.
  • Ensure smooth scheduling, task flow, and information visibility.
  • Assist in organizing key events and cultural initiatives within the company.
  • Manage selected personal tasks or logistics to support the Chairman’s efficiency.
You’ll Thrive Here If You…
  • Have exceptional discretion and trustworthiness – nothing leaks
  • Stay calm, structured, and clear in high‑pressure or high‑speed environments
  • Have a strong bias for action and operate without needing constant direction
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders at every level
  • Handle ambiguity with confidence, and take pride in delivering outcomes, not excuses
  • Are intensely organized, proactive, and detail‑obsessed; nothing slips through the cracks
  • Genuinely care about enabling the Chairman’s effectiveness and the company’s success
  • Are comfortable occasionally working outside regular hours when the mission requires it
What You Bring
  • 3+ years of full‑time experience, including at least 2 years supporting C‑level leadership
  • Proven ability to manage complex schedules, high‑level communications, and executive logistics
  • Strong project coordination and organizational skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, and workflow tools
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • Experience in a startup or high‑growth environment preferred
  • High EQ, sound judgment, and professionalism
