As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll work at the heart of our leadership team ensuring clarity, follow-through, and seamless coordination across departments and subsidiaries.

This is a high-trust, high-impact role designed for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and takes pride in transforming plans into action. You’ll act as the CEO’s extension safeguarding priorities, ensuring timely execution, and strengthening communication across all levels of the organization.

This is not a personal assistant role while your focus will be on supporting business strategy, operational effectiveness, and leadership execution.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, and presentation materials.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive documents with discretion, ensuring all information remains secure.
  • Maintain proper filing systems (both physical and digital) for easy document retrieval.
  • Serve as the main liaison between the CEO and internal departments, clients, and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure clear communication flow and follow up on action items to guarantee timely completion.
  • Draft and circulate meeting notes, reminders, and updates to relevant parties.
  • Support the CEO to lead, implement and track projects, business goals, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing business proposals, reports, and presentations.
  • Conduct basic research, compile data, and summarize findings to support decision-making.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of company initiatives.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years supporting senior leadership.
