Description
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing appointments, and handling correspondence for the Managing Director.
  • Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
  • Translate documents and communications between Korean and English to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as required.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flight bookings, accommodations, and itineraries.
  • Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information with discretion.
  • Support the Managing Director in daily operational tasks and special projects within the FMCG industry.
  • Ensure the efficient organization and management of administrative tasks in the Selangor office.
Profile

A successful Executive Assistant (Korean speaking) should have:

  • Proficiency in Korean (min TOPIK Level 4) and English (written and spoken).
  • 1-2 years of experience in supporting senior leadership, administrative task, secretarial or translation experience is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
