This role exists to extend an existing EA function, not replace it.
We are looking for a highly capable Executive Assistant based in Kuala Lumpur to support a founder CEO or other executives operating across multiple time zones and high-stakes decisions. You will work closely with an established senior EA team in Australia and play a critical role in keeping things moving at speed.
This role requires world-class English, both written and spoken, a clear professional accent, and cultural fluency with Australia. You must have spent meaningful time living or working in Australia and be comfortable with Australian business context, communication style, and expectations.
This is a trust-based role for someone who is comfortable operating quietly, handling tasks end to end, and being available when needed, including after hours and occasional weekends. This flexibility is recognised and intentionally compensated above market.
This is not a stepping-stone role or a pathway to Chief of Staff. It suits someone who enjoys being excellent at execution, being relied upon, and enabling others to operate at a very high level.
The executive you will support operates globally and outside a traditional schedule. This role exists to ensure nothing slows down due to timing, availability, or handover gaps.
