  • Manage the senior leader's calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements
  • Prepare and distribute meeting materials, agendas, and minutes
  • Develop and maintain complex spreadsheets, reports, and presentations
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and other projects as required
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including data entry, filing, and record‑keeping
Who you are
  • A degree or diploma in a relevant field is desirable
  • At least 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, preferably in a financial institution
  • Excellent communication, organisational, and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Discreet, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality
  • Proactive, flexible, and able to work in a fast‑paced environment
