Job description

PMW Group of Companies, a leading name in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a strategic, business‑savvy Executive Assistant & Corporate Communications Manager to accompany and support the CEO in executive, financial, and public engagements.

The successful candidate will act as an executive liaison, communications strategist, and deal support partner, ensuring seamless coordination between the CEO, investors, clients, and business partners.

The ideal candidate will possess a blend of financial literacy, communication expertise, and legal awareness, capable of representing the Group with credibility and professionalism in both corporate and investor environments.

Key Responsibilities
A. Executive & Business Support
  • Accompany the CEO on domestic and international trips, business meetings, investor briefings, and corporate events.
  • Coordinate travel, itineraries, and schedules in partnership with the office‑based PA.
  • Prepare business summaries, financial briefs, and meeting materials for new and ongoing projects.
  • Support the CEO in evaluating new deals, preparing proposals, and following up on business development opportunities.
  • Act as liaison with potential partners, clients, and investors — ensuring effective follow‑through and documentation.
  • Handle confidential business information and maintain absolute discretion.
  • Take detailed notes and action points during meetings, ensuring timely coordination with relevant teams.
B. Corporate Communications & Investor Relations
  • Develop and implement integrated communication strategies to strengthen the PMW Group’s brand and investor confidence.
  • Draft speeches, press releases, CEO statements, and investment‑related communications.
  • Support investor relations initiatives — including presentations, briefing materials, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Collaborate with finance and legal to prepare accurate and compliant communication for public and investor audiences.
  • Manage media relations and PR opportunities to enhance corporate reputation.
  • Oversee the Group’s external messaging through digital platforms, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Coordinate corporate events, conferences, and media appearances featuring the CEO and Group executives.
C. Legal & Compliance Awareness
  • Liaise with external legal counsel to review agreements, contracts, and key correspondence.
  • Assist in ensuring that communications and commitments comply with corporate policies and legal frameworks.
  • Maintain organized records of official documentation, MoUs, NDAs, and agreements.
  • Provide preliminary review and summaries of legal or financial documents for the CEO’s attention.
  • Strong command of business communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Financial understanding — able to interpret business reports, project summaries, and investment materials.
  • Sound knowledge of corporate communications, branding, and investor relations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (additional languages an advantage).
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage complex schedules and multi‑stakeholder coordination.
  • Discreet, composed, and professional in high‑pressure, high‑visibility situations.
  • Proficient in MS Office, presentation tools, and digital media platforms.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Finance, Law, or a related field.
  • 6–10 years of combined experience in executive assistance, corporate communications, investor relations, or business development, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector.
  • Prior experience supporting C‑suite executives or engaging directly with investors and media.
  • Familiarity with contract processes and corporate governance is an advantage.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently and work extended or flexible hours as required.
