  • Prepare management updates and executive-level summaries for senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in governance and process documentation while maintaining data accuracy.
  • Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects as directed by the Deputy CEO.

Role Summary
  • Provides high-level executive, administrative, and analytical support to the CEO.
  • Acts as a trusted liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensures smooth daily operations of the CEO’s office through proactive planning.
  • Supports strategic initiatives through data analysis, reporting, and follow-up actions.
  • Handles confidential matters with utmost discretion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the Deputy CEO’s daily operations, including calendar planning, meetings, travel arrangements, confidential correspondence, preparation of reports/presentations, and clear communication with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate office administration and cross-departmental activities, ensuring smooth operations, timely information flow, and effective monitoring of key strategic and operational initiatives.
  • Document meetings and track action items, ensuring structured follow-ups, organized recordkeeping, and consistent alignment across departments and subsidiaries.
  • Support business analytics and reporting, including collecting and analyzing data from corporate and manufacturing functions, maintaining dashboards/KPIs, and providing insights to strengthen performance and strategic decision-making.
  • Prepare management updates and executive-level summaries, presenting findings in a clear and actionable format for the Deputy CEO and senior stakeholders.
  • Assist in governance, process documentation, and SOP development, while supporting continuous improvement and maintaining data accuracy and process integrity.
  • Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects as directed by the Deputy CEO, including occasional support for personal engagements and logistical matters when required.
