Job description

Executive Assistant to Executive Director is a Manager role.

We are looking for a committed team player, to manage our online presence and online shops.

You will also directly support our Executive Director, in all capacities, as he builds an Organic Farm.

You must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, analytical and meticulous for details, high integrity, trustworthy. In addition you will oversee the accounts and manage our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law, and creating reports and analyses for the Directors.

Our Farm Team is largely, Semai speaking.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Online Presence, Amazon Seller and Shopify Accounts.
  • Organise FBA, production and fulfillment logistics.
  • Assist Directors in administrative tasks and procurement of supplies and inventory.
  • Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecast.
  • Oversee timeliness and reports on accounts and comply with all company, local, state, and federal accounting, in Malaysia and also for companies in Singapore. Financial regulations, licensing and certifications.
  • Oversee timely liaison with auditors, tax agent, company secretary and tax authorities. Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations.
  • Internal group management reporting, creating periodic reports, working with spreadsheets and presenting the data.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as and when necessary.
Requirements
  • Candidate must possess a Degree / Accounting certification.
  • Minimum 5 years related working experience in related field will be an added advantage.
  • Possess strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision, willing to learn and take on added responsibilities.
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
