Executive Assistant

Purpose:
We are seeking a dedicated Executive Assistant to provide management assistance and support strategic analysis for senior management members. This role is crucial in aiding day-to-day activities and contributing to the realization of strategic objectives in the designated area.

Nature of Work:

  • Screening and answering phone calls, responding to simple emails, and forwarding incoming mail.
  • Greeting and directing internal and external customers, handling inquiries, and providing general clerical services.
  • Providing data and basic analysis for monthly financial reporting to support decision-making.
  • Organizing and prioritizing assignments to ensure timely and accurate completion of work.
  • Composing routine and non-routine correspondences from brief notes or instructions.
  • Controlling, coordinating, and maintaining senior management's schedules, meetings, appointments, and other activities.
  • Coordinating travel logistics and preparing expense reports.
