Job summary

A leading food services company in Malaysia is seeking a Corporate Sales Executive to drive sales opportunities and maintain client relationships. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of sales experience in the Food Service or Food & Beverage industry, along with strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include preparing proposals and working towards sales targets while contributing to product improvements based on market trends.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Food Service or Food & Beverage industry.
  • Strong understanding of HORECA, Industrial, or institutional channels is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Actively seek out new sales opportunities and maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements.

Negotiate/Close deals and able to handle complaints with solutions provide.

Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

Prepares quotations, proposals, reports, and presentations.

Working towards monthly or annual targets.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results, gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Education & Qualification

Minimum Diplomain Marketing, Business Administration, Food Science, or a related field.

Experience & Years of Service

Proven experience as a Corporate Sales Executive, Key Account Executive or in a related sales role.

Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the Food Service or Food & Beverage industry.

Strong understanding of HORECA, Industrial, or institutional channel is an added advantage.

Technical Skills & Professional Knowledge

Microsoft office, word, and power point.

Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.

Good interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
