• Manage the Contract Documents for all awarded projects.
• Monitor and report on ICT systems operation and performance.
• Coordinate with teams for timely project delivery.
• Participate in UAT & SIT for system projects.
• Develop, maintain, and support business application systems.
• Design web applications and conduct tests.
• Provide advice and educational support for web applications.
• Create high-level application specifications.
• Ensure solutions meet quality and security standards.
• Implement approved IT strategies.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Manage the Contract Documents for all the awarded projects, prepare RFI, prepare RFP/RFQ document, prepare board or management paper documents.
• Monitors and reports the operation and performance of the organization’s ICT systems and application to ensure efficiency, integrity, and security, while also identifying areas for improvement and providing solutions to any identified problems.
• Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely system related projects delivery.
• Participate in UAT & SIT for system projects.
• Ensure that the business application systems are developed, maintained, and supported to achieve the efficient and effective delivery of services and information.
• Designs and develops web applications by setting expectations and features priorities throughout development life cycle, designing, conducting tests, training, and documentations.
• Supports and develops web applications by providing advice, coaching and educational opportunities.
• Creating high-level application specifications and design documents defining appropriate technology, workflow, and integration standards for third-party application acquisition
• Ensure acquired solutions meets all requirements of quality, security, modifiability, scalability, SAGA Standard, PR1MA Audit etc.
• Involved in Application Development and implementing approved IT strategies.
