Requirements
  • Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not compulsory if proven sales track record).
  • Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (event sales, media sales, or B2B sales preferred). Fresh graduates with strong sales drive will be considered.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  • Ability to work onsite in Seri Kembangan.
  • Self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results.
  • Enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships.
  • Resilient — able to handle rejection positively.
  • Team player but also works independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and weekends when events are happening.
  • Own transport with valid driving license (preferred, depending on your setup).
  • Own Laptop (preferred but not compulsory).
Responsibility
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to pitch and close deals confidently.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and face-to-face pitching.
  • Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

  • Computer-literate (Google workspace).
  • Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
