Requirements
- Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred but not compulsory if proven sales track record).
- Minimum 1–2 years of sales experience (event sales, media sales, or B2B sales preferred). Fresh graduates with strong sales drive will be considered.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Ability to work onsite in Seri Kembangan.
- Self-motivated, persistent, and driven by results.
- Enjoys meeting new people and building long-term relationships.
- Resilient — able to handle rejection positively.
- Team player but also works independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work flexible hours and weekends when events are happening.
- Own transport with valid driving license (preferred, depending on your setup).
- Own Laptop (preferred but not compulsory).
Responsibility
- Strong communication and negotiation skills — ability to pitch and close deals confidently.
- Comfortable with cold calling, networking, and face-to-face pitching.
- Result-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Able to manage multiple clients and projects at the same time.
- Strong presentation skills; ability to tailor solutions to client needs.
- Computer-literate (Google workspace).
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
