We are looking for an enthusiastic and organized Event Manager to join our team. In this role, you will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, from roadshows, conferences and product launches to trade shows and social gatherings.

Job Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of event creative concepts and strategies.
• MUST have knowledge, experience and creative input in preparing pitch decks.
• MUST have proper command in both spoken and written English.
• MUST be able to present ideas during presentation.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, vendor communication, budgeting, and managing daily recap emails.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive event timelines and checklists.
• Oversee event setup, execution, and teardown.
• Manage event registration and attendee communication.
• Create and manage event marketing materials.
• Making Cold Calls to new potential clients.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless event execution.
• Analyze event data and provide post-event reports.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning or a related field.
• Strong project management, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
