Event Executive ((Protocol/Guest Management)

The AFC is seeking a dedicated and organized Event Executive (Protocol / Guest Management) to support the smooth execution of high-profile events and competitions across Asia. If you have a passion for event management, strong coordination skills, and thrive in dynamic environments, this is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the success of major football events.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate event requirements, schedules, and service needs with Event Owners and internal teams.

Oversee event logistics including venues, accommodation, staffing, guest movements, and service delivery aligned with Service Level Policies (SLP).

Liaise with hotels, venues, caterers, and vendors to ensure smooth event execution.

Handle guest operations including rooming lists, arrival/departure schedules, guest lists, RSVPs, welcome letters, and seating plans.

Provide on-site operational support and promptly resolve issues during events.

Prepare operational documents, post-event reports, and ensure timely invoice reconciliation.


Key Requirements

Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

Experience in event operations, hospitality, or managing large-scale events/competitions.

Strong coordination, communication, and organisational skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Willingness to work extended hours, including weekends and public holidays.

Professional, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
