Job summary

ESP Global Services Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a content marketing specialist to develop and implement content strategies across websites, blogs, emails and social media. You will collaborate with designers to produce multimedia content and ensure consistency with brand voice.

Candidates should have a Diploma and strong English; Mandarin/Cantonese/Bahasa Malaysia a plus. Proficiency in Canva, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM and email marketing is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Diploma required with digital marketing exposure.
• Experience or willingness to learn SEO/SEM and email campaigns.
• Strong English; additional Mandarin/Cantonese/Bahasa Malaysia is a plus.
• Proactive, multi-tasking and meticulous in content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
• Create high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media.
• Collaborate with designers and videographers to produce multimedia content.
• Ensure all content reflects the company’s brand voice and guidelines.
• Manage and update marketing collateral, such as brochures and presentations.
• Plan and schedule content across social media platforms to increase engagement.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, including writing content and analyzing results.
• Work closely with the sales team to align content and marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Assist in organizing and promoting events, webinars, and other marketing initiatives.
