Job summary

Jora Malaysia is offering an Intern Content Creator (Event Management) position in Shah Alam. You will plan, shoot, and edit event-related content, and gain hands-on experience in real event management projects while collaborating with the marketing team.

The internship provides exposure to international-level events, mentorship, and potential for a permanent role upon successful completion. Applicants should be pursuing or have completed studies in media/marketing fields and be comfortable

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Media, Communications, Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• Strong interest in content creation and the event industry.
• Creative, proactive, and detail-oriented.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, especially during events.
• Basic skills in photo and video shooting and editing.
• Familiar with Canva, CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Pro (an advantage).
• Good communication skills and able to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Plan and create creative content (photos, videos, reels, TikTok, stories) related to events.
• Provide on-site content coverage during events (behind-the-scenes, setup, live updates, event highlights).
• Edit photos and videos for social media and promotional use.
• Collaborate with the event and marketing team on content ideas and concepts.
• Write engaging captions aligned with the brand’s identity.
• Manage and organize content according to the posting schedule.
• Keep up with current social media trends to increase engagement.
• Assist with other content- and event-related tasks as required.
