Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Major prospects are dealing through WhatsApp.
Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
Ensure efficiency while interacting with customers and potential prospects during pre-sales, ongoing sales and post sales.
Preparing and sending quotes and invoice.
Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
Building and maintaining a CRM database through software.
Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets (as needed).
Participating in sales team meetings.
Able to analyze customer needs and character to offer the best product/service based on customer needs.
Able to analyze the needs of prospect, trend and sync IT with marketing team.
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
Build up and maintain good rapport with prospects and customers. Listen to their wishes and concern.
