Job summary

Luxoft is assisting a leading bank in Asia by delivering an ETL-focused engineering role based in Kuala Lumpur. The candidate will develop and maintain ETL pipelines using Informatica PowerCenter, while working with AS400, Oracle sources, and Hadoop technologies in a cross-platform environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of ETL experience and a solid understanding of data integration processes. Familiarity with AIX/Solaris is a plus, and the team will operate within a modern technology centre

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in ETL development.
• Proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or above.
• Experience with Informatica PowerCenter in AIX/Solaris environments.
• Experience with AS400 and Oracle as source and target systems.
• Knowledge of Hadoop technologies: Hive, Impala and Beeline.
• Good understanding of ETL and data integration processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain ETL processes using Informatica PowerCenter 10.x or above.
• Work with AS400 and Oracle databases as source and target systems.
• Support data integration and processing activities in UNIX environments.
• Perform data extraction, transformation and loading activities.
• Work with Hadoop technologies (Hive, Impala, Beeline) as required.
• Troubleshoot Informatica workflows and resolve ETL-related issues.
• Support data processing and integration activities across required platforms.
