EPG Data Center Module SDN. BHD. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced ESH Officer to join our team in Senai, Johor. As an ESH Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's environmental, safety, and health standards are upheld to the highest level. This is a full-time role that will allow you to make a meaningful impact on the organization and the local community.

What you'll be doing

• Developing, implementing, and monitoring comprehensive environmental, safety, and health policies and procedures
• Conducting risk assessments, inspections, and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards
• Providing training and guidance to employees on proper safety practices and procedures
• Investigating accidents and incidents, and implementing corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant environmental, safety, and health regulations
• Collaborating with internal departments and external stakeholders to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility
• Maintaining detailed records and reports on the company's environmental, safety, and health performance

What we’re looking for

• Green Book holder with minimum 2 years of experience as an ESH Officer or in a similar role within the Manufacturing industry
• Degree or diploma in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety and Health, or a related field
• Thorough knowledge of environmental, safety, and health regulations and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to identify and address issues proactively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels
• Proficient in the use of relevant software and technology for data management and reporting
• A proactive, detail‑oriented, and safety‑focused mindset
• Candidate with CePSWaM competencies is an added advantage
