A leading vegetable oils company in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Manager – Corporate Sustainability Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement. This role involves developing sustainability strategies, leading ESG reporting, and engaging with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor's degree and have at least 5 years of experience within the palm oil industry. Strong knowledge of sustainability frameworks like GRI and IFRS is essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in palm oil industry, particularly in sustainability and ESG reporting.
• Strong knowledge of GRI, IFRS, TCFD, and CDP frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sustainability reporting and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Lead preparation of sustainability and ESG reports in compliance with GRI, IFRS, and other standards.
• Manage and update sustainability content on the company website and LinkedIn.
• Prepare sustainability communications and presentations.
• Monitor ESG trends and support decision-making.
