Qualifications

• Experience with supporting and implementing leading ERP systems.
• 3+ years of experience in technical support and project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead local IT team and provide technical support for applications.
• Gather requirements and develop work plans for IT solutions.
• Manage operations of manufacturing and supporting applications.

Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

Strong understanding of ERP data structures

Analytical and problem-solving skills

3+ years of experience with SQL Server and .Net / C#

Ability to work independently and in a team

Education
