We are looking for anERP Application Support Analystto join our IT/Business Systems team in KL office.

The role is responsible for providing day-to-day support for our ERP system, troubleshooting issues, managing user access, and ensuring smooth system performance.

The successful candidate will also work with business users to improve processes, support ERP upgrades or enhancements, and assist with training and documentation.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Provide first and second-level support for ERP system users.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve application errors, configuration issues, and data discrepancies.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to resolve escalated technical issues.
• Support ERP system maintenance activities, including upgrades, patches, and enhancements.
• Administer user access, security roles, and permissions in compliance with IT policies.
• Collaborate with business users to identify system improvements and process automation opportunities.
• Document system processes, solutions, and support activities for knowledge sharing.
• Assist in ERP-related projects such as new module implementations, system integrations, and workflow enhancements.
• Ensure ERP system compliance with company standards, policies, and controls.

Requirements of the successful candidate:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field with 5 years working experience in manufacturing environment.
• Experience supporting ERP systems such as Pronto, SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with SQL or database management is a plus.
• Familiarity with business processes in finance, HR, or supply chain.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks/ priorities as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills to confidently interact with people of all cultures at all levels.
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Additional language will be an advantage.
• Must be willing to work in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
