Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechatronics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving, effective communication skills; ability to read technical documents.
• Willing to travel overseas for new product transfer or machine buy off.

Responsibilities

• Identify and resolve equipment failures and operational problems.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Support QA team on analyzing defects samples & provide countermeasures.
• Provide training to technician group for daily repair work.
• Plan and execute equipment reliability and efficiency improvement projects.
• Support in new equipment setup.
