Job summary

Job description

Support Test Manufacturing in achieving Test Out, On-Time Delivery (OTD), Quality, Tester OEE, 5S, Safety and Cycle Time performance goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out setup, handler conversion, repair, and maintenance for test equipment used by Test Manufacturing.
• Support Maintenance Engineers in executing improvement projects to enhance handler and test hardware performance.
• Provide feedback and perform analysis on test hardware weaknesses to identify improvement opportunities.
• Participate in 5S activities and ensure compliance with safety SOPs on the production floor.

Qualifications

• Technical Diploma or higher in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; experience in semiconductor Backend (Final Test), especially with ATE testers and test handlers, is an added advantage.
• Able to work ABC 12-hour rotating shifts (day/night).
• Good attendance, responsible, and willing to learn.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Able to work independently and demonstrate innovation in technical tasks.
