Equipment Engineer (Advanced Packaging Bumping)

Key responsibilities include:

1. Take responsibility for process control within the designated area, continually optimizing existing equipment to ensure product quality.
2. Handle equipment faults and execute PM plans to maintain a smooth production workflow.
3. Implement and verify cost reduction initiatives within the area of responsibility.
4. Collaborate in the acceptance of newly purchased equipment within your area of responsibility.
5. Manage equipment spare parts, including inventory, procurement, and technical verification.
6. Oversee the management of tools, kits, standard samples, and similar resources within the designated area.
7. Develop various equipment operation manuals and guidelines for tasks specific to your area of responsibility.
8. Lead the training of new employees within designated area.
9. Actively participate in TPM team activities.

Key qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or others related course.
• Excellent oral and written skills in English, Melayu, Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• 3-5 years or above of industrial experience with 1~3 years bumping equipment development or equipment maintenance experience.
