Responsibilities

• Lead on cross functional project implementation, machine setup, upgrade, installation, troubleshooting.
• Manage, coordinate and liaise between maker, vendor, contractor and inter-department on project activities.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior and mid-level engineers.

Job description

1. Lead on cross functional project implementation, machine setup, upgrade, installation, troubleshooting and support on solving escalation issue.
2. Manage, coordinate and liaise between maker, vendor, contractor and inter-department on project activities.
3. Lead and coordinate new equipment startup installation, improvement project, lead by technical knowhow on repair and troubleshooting.
4. Assist in performing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment.
5. Support equipment inspections and data collection.
6. Document maintenance activities, test results, and operational data.
7. Participate in equipment testing and analysis to identify issues.
8. Shadow experienced engineers to learn troubleshooting techniques and operational procedures.
9. Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
10. Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers.
11. Contribute to the long-term equipment strategy and technology roadmap.
