Job Responsibilities:

• Lead troubleshooting and repair of die casting, stamping, and injection molding machines (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems).
• Preventive maintenance - daily maintenance/servicing of machineries/equipment.
• Corrective maintenance - diagnose problems and come up with processes and solutions for troubleshooting.
• Conducting periodic quality checks on machineries/equipment and systems to ensure everything is up to standard.
• Disassembling/Installing new machines/ equipment if necessary.
• To think critically and being innovative in resolving maintenance issues.
• Ability to schedule maintenance tasks base on urgency.
• Provide remote troubleshooting and program reviews via video calls with engineers in China.
• Available for on-call support during night shifts for machine breakdowns.
• Deliver hands-on training to technicians for quicker production machine handling.
• Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical machine issues.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Quality Management, or related field.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in hands-on experience in maintaining machines.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
